Bookings

All event bookings are subject to a written contract signed by both parties. Quotes provided through this website are estimates only.

Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The balance is due seven days prior to the event.

Cancellation

Cancellations 60+ days out: deposit fully refundable. 14–60 days: deposit transferable to a future date within 12 months. Inside 14 days: full estimate due.

Liability

Matterhorn carries $2M general and product liability insurance. We are not responsible for venue-related incidents outside our service area.
