Before you call, you might wonder…
Are site visits really free?
Yes — within Lake County and the immediate North Shore, our first visit is at no charge. We'll spend 30–45 minutes on your property and follow up with a written direction.
How far in advance should I book installation?
Our spring schedule typically fills by January, fall by July. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have on timing.
Do you work outside Lake County?
Occasionally — we'll consider properties in McHenry County and far north Cook County. There may be a small mobilization fee.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. We carry general liability and workers' comp, and we hold IL Landscape Contractor License #LC-2014-7821. We're happy to share our certificate of insurance.
Do you offer financing?
We don't directly, but we can phase larger projects across two or three seasons to spread the investment.
Can you work with my existing landscaper?
Often, yes. We're happy to design and install while a trusted local crew handles ongoing mowing or basic care.
