The challenge
The couple wanted a wedding that felt like a really good dinner party rather than a reception. No buffet, no banquet linens, no chair covers — just one long farm table.
Our approach
We built a four-course family-style menu around the spring market: green garlic soup, grilled spring lamb with salsa verde, roasted Carolina Gold rice, and a strawberry shortcake bar.
The result
Service ran 18 minutes ahead of schedule, guests were back on the dance floor by 9:30, and the bride sent a hand-written note three weeks later.
