Wedding Catering

From a backyard ceremony in Oak Cliff to a 250-guest reception in downtown Dallas.

Starting $78 per guest

What this looks like

Your wedding meal should feel like the warmest, most generous version of your favorite restaurant. We start with a tasting in our Southerland Avenue kitchen, walk you through three menu drafts, and then build the timing around your ceremony, photographer's golden-hour list, and the way your room will actually move.

We handle rentals through our preferred partners (Posh Couture, BBJ La Tavola), build a beverage program with a TABC-licensed bartender team, and bring our own service captains so the night runs without a hiccup.

What's included

  • Two-hour menu consultation and private tasting for the couple
  • Custom three-course plated, family-style, or station menu
  • Service captain plus one server per 18 guests
  • Coordination with your planner, venue, and rental partners
  • All china, glassware, and flatware via our rental partners
  • Late-night snack option (our smoked-brisket sliders are popular)

Common questions

Do you require a venue with a kitchen?

Not at all — we're set up to bring our own off-site cooking equipment. We just need a level, sheltered prep area within 75 feet of where guests will be served.

Can we incorporate a family recipe?

Yes, and we love it. Bring grandma's recipe to the tasting and we'll cook it side-by-side with our take so you can pick the version you like best.

What's the smallest wedding you'll cater?

Our wedding minimum is 24 guests. For smaller elopements and rehearsal dinners, see our Private Chef service.
