The challenge
The host wanted a meal that felt like a Michelin tasting, in her own dining room, without anyone in the kitchen until the final course.
Our approach
We pre-prepped at our kitchen, arrived at 4:30, and worked silently from her side galley. Each course was plated tableside with a one-line story about the dish.
The result
Five courses, two hours, zero guests aware that anything was 'catered.'
