The challenge
Shower mid-May in Texas — outdoor, no shade, ninety-two degrees in the forecast.
Our approach
We ran two refrigerated grazing tables under a rented tent, replenished every 35 minutes, and pulled the meat boards inside after the first round.
The result
Not a single dish hit a temperature out of safe range. The mom-to-be ate three plates.
