Three generations, four dietary restrictions, one host who wanted to actually enjoy her own holiday.
Our approach
We delivered a 22-pound free-range turkey, a separate gluten-free spread, and our brown-butter mashed potatoes at 11:30 AM in insulated carriers with reheating timing printed on every dish.
The result
